What is the Graphite heating?
Heating element with a structure similar to a single crystal made of polymide placed in a quartz glass tube and filled with an inert gas (argon). Graphite has high thermal conductivity, providing instant heat.
Why my unit is not responding to the remote actions?
Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet. Call our customer service: 877-GET-HEAT (877-438-4328)
The display shows E1, what does it mean?
If E1, E2 shows in the display, but no heat: bulb is damaged.
My unit shuts off by itself, why?
a) When the heater reaches 185 °F(85℃ ) or above, it will shut off. Allow the heater to cool down for 15 minutes, and restart the heater by pressing the "Power" button on remote control.
b) Error on Display: The heater has a tilt protection function. Change the working angle and manually press the power button, then the remote-control function will be reactivated.
I have the HME-GD15 - can I use the stand for it, and where can I get the stand?
This unit HME-GD15 MUST be ONLY WALL MOUNTED for safety reasons.
Can I wall mount the HME-GS10 patio heater?
Yes, this unit can be wall mounted.
