1. Shipping Regions & Availability
HeatMate products are available for shipping within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories.
2. Shipping Rates & Fees
2.1 Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.00.
- Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged real-time shipping rates based on carrier pricing at checkout.
2.2. Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
- Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Additional handling fees may apply for oversized or heavy items.
- Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Contiguous U.S.: 2–7 business days via standard shipping.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 4–30 business days (depending on location and carrier availability).
4. Order Processing & Shipping Carriers
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
6. Returns & Warranty Shipping
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy for details).
- For returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Warranty services for island territories may require the customer to ship the item to our service center at their expense.
